Creating a new deal for the Charity with Cointribute

We are a collective of entrepreneurs, experts and donors willing to change the game for charity and solidarity. Our team is on several continents, some are close to ONGs and we have a common dream: Redistributing global wealth for a fairer world.

WHY COINTRIBUTE ?
Yes, NFT is considered as a hype for some people. For us, this is an incredible opportunity to create value, transparency and reward in charity.
Our ultimate goal is a charity NFT marketplace that will reward non-profit organization, holders and charity recipients. The referent marketplace in charity and solidarity.
We are forming close relationships with non-profit organizations and charity recipients. We want them as committed as we are, that’s why there will be 3 types of collaboration:
- We create NFTs for our labeled non-profit organizations.
- Artists create collaborative artworks or performance and offer NFTs to the non-profit organizations they want.
- Selected talents, scooted all over the world by Cointributed share their artwork to finance their project. We are directly connected to them.
All these NFTs will have their own value on our marketplace, imagine what it could be in the second market.
More than a will, we’ve already started this work. We couldn’t wait. Zebu Overseas Board is the first organization to join us. We bought 10 zebus, that will be assigned to 10 families in Madagascar. A zebu? This is the main work tool that can help us. But what we don’t just give money. These zebus are integrated in a micro-finance program, to help these families to develop their local activities. We named the first one “Triby”. It will be our first NFT. And more to come. We have also donate to Ekoly, to help children to go to school in remote areas. And the last one, just before publishing this article is kcnb1-france.org. The KCNB1 gene mutation is a rare genetic disorder. Children all over the world suffer from this condition, and the medical research definitely needs funds.
We will address any concern in the world: health, education, micro-finance and banking, security & safety, climate, deforestation. We are listing organizations and initiatives to support this project, and we are opened to any kind of voluntary initiatives or organizations.
How can we make it possible?
Why do we count on Defi and NFT to make it possible? Because in recent years, many of us have praised blockchain technology for its decentralized system, its solidarity, its ideal, making everything secure and transparent. Because many of us had the positions or social status to fully enter this new era. It’s now time to redistribute and to contribute for those who couldn’t or won’t.
Cointribute will proceed in two successive phases.
First, we will launch a new token, CTB, based on BEP20, to be listed on Pancakeswap. Each time you buy a CTB, there’s a 3% contribution: 2% of each transaction reserved to Cointribute’s donation wallet, 1% of each transaction reserved for the infrastructures, R&D and investment to develop our charity NFT marketplace. Our holders will earn a % on each transaction in our future Charity NFT marketplace, and many rewards to come.
This is a critical phase, that’s why we have strong engagements:
- We won’t burn our token. We prefer to donate.
- The team is linked with a smart contract holding their own tokens to avoid sudden or unexpected exit.

Then, the second phase, our charity NFT marketplace. At each transaction, 80% will be reversed to the non-profit organization or directly to the charity recipient.
20% will be reversed to the holders, in a dedicated wallet, and redistributed each trimester, based on a smart contract indexed to their own investment.
